Personal Date

According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), personal data are the particulars containing personal or factual information relating to any identified or identifiable physical person. Data processing

Personal data are, as a rule, collected on our website only if you choose to voluntarily provide such information. We use the data only in order to respond to your enquiries, or for the purposes indicated in each case. We do not pass the data on to third parties unless explicitly indicated, or unless you have expressly instructed us to do so. On our website, you have the option of participating in an online survey. To do this, you need to fill in an online form, which differentiates between required and optional information. You do not need to enter the optional information. We will use the information you provide to us solely in order to perform the services we offer.

We advise you that the data you enter are transferred on the Internet via an unencrypted connection. In addition, while protecting your anonymity, when you visit our website we transfer certain information such as the type of web browser you used, which page you accessed the file from, the name of the file, the date and time of the query, the quantity of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found). We process this information without breaching your anonymity, and we use it exclusively to improve the content and functionality of our websites and make them more attractive.

Website analytics tool

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses what are known as cookies – text files which are saved on your computer and which enable us to analyse your use of our website.

The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website (including your IP address) are transferred to and stored in a Google server in the USA.
